About this guide
This guide contains information about configuring, maintaining, and operating the Blue Planet (BP) platform and applications, specifically Blue Planet Orchestration (BPO).
This guide is intended for the following audiences:

Blue Planet administrators—to assist with setting up the software and users

Network/cloud service engineers—to provide instructions for defining orchestrated resources and services

Service technicians—to provide instructions for monitoring and managing resources and services
It assumes you have an understanding of standard telecom terminology, practices, and packet switching networks and are conversant with UNIX, OpenStack®, VMware®, data center network principles, firewalls, and other networking standards.
Software versions change as updates are made available; substitute your latest software version or file name where applicable.
